Community Care and Development for Peace (CCFDP)
Vision
Cambodian people living an equal life, healthy, education, solidarity, peace and democracy.
Mission
CCFDP is to engage with rural communities and relevant government departments to improve rural poor living conditions.
Values
CCFDP is guided by the values of national solidarity, human dignity, freedom and equality. Human dignity implies equal rights irrespective of gender, race, religion, age, language or social status.
Solidarity is based on support and loyalty between people with mutual understanding and shared interests. Solidarity is also empowered those who are not in the position to voice their own interest and assist in making their voice heard. Solidarity holds that the integrity and the rights of the local communities are respected, and the partners have ownership to their own initiatives to combat injustice, uneven distribution of wealth to promote a human right culture where political and civil rights are respected, and economics, social and cultural rights are fulfilled, with the frame of a democratic society.
General Goal
- Long term Objective (LTO) - Oppressed groups have increased their prospects and opportunity to control their own life and together develop a society that secures political, civil, cultural, economic and social rights for all.
- Immediate Development Objective (IDO) - Right-based communities (groups), working in areas of conflict and oppression, have strengthened their ability to mobilize for democratization and social and economic change.
The poorest of the poor, widow and widower families, orphans, disabled people, existing government mechanism and existing or start up cooperatives.

- Agriculture productivity improvement (cow bank, rice bank, animal raising and home gardening),
- Credit schemes,
- Water and sanitation,
- Community forestry,
- Advocacy on Democracy,
- Day care center (orphans),
- Home care (HIV-Aids patients),
- Medium infrastructure response,
- Vocational training toward job opportunity in place.
Built a comprehensive cooperation with local government, International and local organizations, donors and right-based groups.
